but you may find that it has already been answered. Take a look at the questions we are most commonly asked.

Does the warranty period start from when the furniture is delivered or from when it is assembled?
The installation of your kitchen furniture is considered the start of the warranty period if it is installed by a team from the showroom from which you bought it. If you choose to assemble the furniture yourself, the warranty period begins on the day it is delivered.

How often should I replace my kitchen furniture, and is it covered by a warranty?
Your kitchen furniture will last for many years. How long you are able to use it does not depend on the quality of the furniture alone, but also on whether you use it appropriately and take good care of it. Statistics show that people replace their kitchen furniture every 5 to 10 years. Italians, for example, who are considered to be great aesthetes and experts where kitchen fashion is concerned, believe you should replace your furniture after 5 or 6 years, and not due to poor quality, but in order to battle stress and eschew drabness. For our part we can promise that our furniture will give you up to 10 problem-free years. Nevertheless, the official warranty period is 2 years, as is the norm in every country.

What do you consider to be the ideal kitchen – is it functional, beautiful, durable, comfortable...?
It all depends on what you are going to use your kitchen for: will it be a place for you and your family to get together, just somewhere to cook, or will it represent something more prestigious and be all about the image? What is important is how many people will be using the kitchen, and how often. That said, the key factors in any kitchen are quality and comfort.
In the European part of Russia the prices of kitchens are more or less the same. In other areas the prices tend to fluctuate according to location and the additional services provided.

How do I go about buying a kitchen based on a showroom display?

How long does it take you to make the different pieces of kitchen furniture?
Production time depends entirely on what model you choose. Those with painted and varnished surfaces take longer to produce because the process is much more complex, going through various levels. The time it takes will also depend on the different elements you choose: non-standard elements made to order tend to make the process take longer. Bearing all of this in mind, production time can take anywhere from 20 days to 1.5 months. You should add a further 5 to 10 days for delivery, depending on where you live.

Is the designing part a service I have to pay for? If so, how much does it cost?
Our showroom managers and designers will help you decide what your future kitchen should look like, choosing the most appropriate equipment, appliances, furniture and accessories, taking into account the style and colour solutions of your furniture as a whole and drawing up a design as closely attuned to your needs and wishes as possible – all free of charge.
